Recap of our Viterbo program for culinary students for years 2018, 2022 & 2023.


We offer an annual program every May with Viterbo university for their nutrition and dietetics students.

Previous programs have included; cultural visits including a trip to Barrio de Santa Cruz and Granada, sightseeing, flamenco shows, tapas, a combined project with Spanish culinary students and a nutrition project working with Spanish athletes at Club Náutico Sevilla.

Students also have the opportunity to design a healthy menu with the help of Spanish students from a local culinary school in Seville, for students at a local Spanish school in an underprivileged neighbourhood, Lora Tamayo, and present it to the students.
