Hello, friends!! We made this video for our short-term faculty-led program we had this past May for UW-Platteville and the University of Dubuque.

Some of our students from Viterbo University participated last week in a cooking class where they learned about some traditional Spanish dishes, such as "Salmorejo", "Tortilla de Patatas", and "Paella". During the class, they had the chance to participate in the elaboration of some of these dishes. Remember now, when you go back home you have to make a tortilla de patatas for your friends and family.
