This program is designed for all students, independent of their specialties and their level of Spanish.
We offer them a multidisciplinary variety of classes (in Spanish or English) that are adapted to the students´ individual academic needs.
We put a particular emphasis on courses related to Spanish history and culture in its various forms with the aim of helping to improve the students´ level of Spanish, as well as facilitating their cultural immersion and knowledge about a city as multicultural and mixed as Seville.
Romans, Arabs, Jews and Christians have made their mark in this city; Itálica, the Giralda, the Cathedral and the Alcázar are good examples of this. Besides, Seville has inspired numerous artists such as Velázquez and Murillo, writers such as Cervantes, and musicians like Bizet and Rossini. They have created some of Seville´s universal mythical characters such as D. Juan Tenorio, Carmen or the Barbero de Sevilla.
The academic program is complimented by extracurricular activities such as cultural visits and trips, voluntary activities, meetings with exchange students, the possibility of doing work experience in businesses….
Likewise, SAIIE offers a sports program for students that are interested.
